I had the best facial EVER at this spa! My skin has never looked so good. This amazing facial includes so much more than your average facial. I had warm wax gloves to soften my hands, a neck and shoulder and hand massage. The massage bed was so lovely and cosy I could have easily fallen asleep. I strongly recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait to go back! Staff very friendly. I took advantage of the Sunday special where I had the Ling Oxygen Plasma facial and a Sole Food pedicure all for £120. Was at the spa for a total of 2 1/2 hours. Was served cappuccino, croissant, nuts and dried fruit. A great way to spend a late Sunday morning!

I had been looking forward to my day at Elemis Spa - a birthday gift - for ages. I was disappointed. Had a colon fennel treatment and the tri-enzyme facial. Treatments were nice but I wasn't blown away. Treatment room very basic, nothing special like those at Calmia. Was told upon booking my appointment that treatment begins with a 10-15 min 'foot ceremony' but mine lasted for about a minute! I didn't feel pampered. However, the therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a haircut a few months ago. Very busy and hectic atmosphere. I was one of the last clients of the day and felt like my haircut was rushed. I paid £115 and don't feel like I got my money's worth. Just shows that the location doesn't reflect the quality of the salon.

I have been to Unruly twice now for a colour and cut and both times I have left feeling really happy with my hair. My stylist took the time to find out what I really wanted, we looked through magazines together and, once he had put his own spin on it, I left with a very cool haircut for which I got lots of compliments. Highly recommended! I will definitely go back.
