Pacifica reviews
I had a fantastic time at this spa. The staff are extremely polite, very friendly, and cater for your every need. Not a snobby atmosphere at all. I had a 75 minute Dermalogica facial, which was amazing and so relaxing I fell asleep. My therapist was very professional and knowledgeable.
A totally relaxing vibe throughout. The spa is small but very private - I loved it. Will definitely be going back. One of the best spas in Notting Hill.

There is NO way that this place can be called a 'spa' and there is certainly nothing luxurious about it at all. Not wanting to sound like a snob, this place has a real 'local' vibe to it; in fact, my local salon in Ealing is way better and cheaper.
I had an Elemis facial, 'luxury' pedicure, manicure and some waxing ready for my holiday. What a waste of money and time. The receptionist was rude and miserable, the treatment room was way too small, the decor was grim and depressing. The therapist was very young and sweet, but also very poor. The facial made my skin look worse and duller than before. The bikini wax was pointless as she quite literally took 1cm off - I had to have it waxed 2 days later at my local salon before I went away. As for the pedicure, it was an awful waste of time. Your feet are put in a bucket, then they get creamed, then wrapped in towels... Not luxury at all. I may as well have done that myself at home. They rather rudely snapped at me for not having some flip flops with me and after a hoo-ha gave a pair of flip flops that were at least 3 sizes too big for me. I left feeling super disappointed.
Go across the road to Beauty Works West for the best pedicure and facials instead. That place really rules - I always leave there feeling fully pampered.

Mixed feelings on this. My facial was a disappointment, as the treatment list said 60 mins, with a back massage, for £65 but my treatment lasted only 40 mins and the back massage was a very quick neck/shoulder massage. My body scrub was good though - felt pampered and relaxed.

The other reviewers said it was cosy, I would say small - only 1 toilet and 1 changing area, the relaxation room has only 2 chairs, etc. If you are used to bigger spas then you will find this a little claustrophobic. The staff are very friendly though. Not a luxury day out as I had anticipated, but a good value and convenient treatment.

I went to Pacifica for a pedicure and I was not impressed. The therapist was probably new, as she did not know where things were and she did not even use toe separators to apply the polish, resulting in smudges. £40 for such a treatment is certainly a waste. Will not go back.

Very tranquil and relaxing place, more like a chic home than a hospital. I had a wonderful treatment, although the therapist was pushy with the product sales. Will definitely be going back.

I had a wonderful treatment in Pacifica. The staff were very helpful, the treatment was top notch and the spa itself was cosy and classy. I'd definitely go back.

I had a lovely Elemis facial and mini manicure here. It was very relaxing and I found the therapist very knowledgeable and friendly but without being overbearing. I would definitely return. Only slight minus was that I was left waiting for 25 mins before my appointment. But I forgive them, as on the whole the experience was great.
