K Spa reviews
My daughter treated me to a night at the hotel last Sunday to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a fantastic time. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits to the spa and the bar and our treatments the following morning. Also, thanks very much for the balloons for my birthday!

Tried to get some information about hotel, but member of staff not helpful, just told me to look on internet. Asked if I could book spa in advance and was informed it was closed and to ring back mornings, so never bothered booking the room. Well put off by unhelpful attitude of member of staff.

Great! Lovely place - very friendly staff, amazing treatments, most relaxing time ever. An unforgettable experience!

I came here with a friend on my hen weekend. We had a day of the same treatments. The facial was rushed, the therapists were running late, and I was left sitting around for hours in a cold dark room that had the ambience of an airport lounge between appointments, while the therapist rushed through a few more clients.
Nothing was organised, the bookings were mixed up and I only had 20 minutes to sit with my friend for the included lunch. This was followed with a massage, which was OK... However, having just eaten, my stomach was not in the mood to be massaged. Very poorly organised. The actual spa is more like an ofiice, so not very relaxing either.

The worst spa I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot, all over London and the world). I cannot express how disappointed and demoralised I felt. I left early.

The day was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. However, the food could have been better...

I've had a few treatments here as I live near by. Also stayed in the hotel. Neither are very good. I actually refused to pay for one of the massages it was so poor. It's a cool hotel to go for a drink, but that's it.

Went for a facial and full body massage. The therapist was late, the treatments were very poor, and before I could open my eyes or get off the couch the therapist was pushing products, following me into the changing room to continue talking! Never had worse and I've been to so many spas. Never again.

I had a full body hot stone massage and it was great - very relaxing, I didn't want it to end. I then had full access to the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, which made me feel even more pampered.

I went to K Spa for the Dry Floatation Ritual and cannot rate the treatment and therapists highly enough. I was one of the first people to try this newly introduced treatment and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to indulge in some seriously relaxing spa therapy. I felt completely pampered from head-to-toe.

There's isn't a pool. The changing rooms wouldn't look out of place in a gym. And the food while ok, was slowly and sloppily served making the day overall feel less like a sumptuous indulgence and more like a trip down your local Fitness First... go for practical, rather than pampering, reasons.
