Illuminata reviews
Very good facial and massage! Good techniques and friendly therapist. The treatment felt like two hours long (actually one hour). Would love to go back again.

Spa Illuminata is an amazing experience. The staff are welcoming, helpful, friendly and very professional. The products are superb and the treatments leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and glowing. An excellent spa, that I would recommend to everyone!

This was an unsurpassable spa experience with the finest body masasge and facial I have ever had the privilege to experience. Spa Illuminata has reached a state of perfection, which I hope many people will be able and willing to experience. It is a must! The staff were the finest. Thank you.

I am a very fequent spa-goer and always try to find time to unwind and enjoy some pampering in a spa I know I can trust and, more importantly, where I believe thay have products that will enhance my skin and offer me the relaxation I crave.
This was my 3rd visit to Illuninata (I last visited in May 2006), and what a difference! Last time I was there it was all smiles and friendly 'Hello, how are you?' This time my therapist, though wonderful, was obviously so unhappy working at the spa and the receptionist looked like she was having the worst day ever! It spoilt the atmosphere. Sorry, but I'll not be coming back. Get your smiles back or you'll lose more clients!

Fabulous spa! Fantastic staff! Gourgeous treatments! I had the Carita prolift facial and I could see the results straight away - my skin was absolutely glowing afterwards. I walked on clouds for days after, as it was extremely relaxing. I highly recommend it.

Beautifully appointed, professional staff, and a facial that left my skin glowing. It was my first visit to the spa and I will be incorporating regular visits into my life regime. Thank you for making me feel wonderful, Illuminata!

Very posh and glam. However, not keen on the pushy tactics used to try to get you to buy products - it's a bit scary. The manager (?) was very pushy about me buying things I did not want, giving me a false smile at the end of paying. The steam rooms are nice but very expensive for what they are. Try Elemis, it's more down-to-earth and caring.

Well, for starters it is very tidy and nicely decorated, with pleasant staff. However, on the occasion I was there the steam rooms were not working. Furthermore, even though I was early, I was rushed into a smallish treatment room (where I was to spend almost 2 hours) without having the chance to wind back in the relaxation area. Halfway through the facial I got bored laying in that small room and just wanted to put my things on and go home. But saying that, the body scrub and facial worked miracles, as my skin has not been so dazzling for a long time.
FYI: after the treatment(s), as usual in this commission-ridden world, the therapist will recommend you some products. If you are interested in them but don't want to blow your budget, you can buy some of them much cheaper at online stores.
Good, but not perfect.

This is the first time in a long time I've been to a spa that's all round great. The environment was very relaxing. The room didn't feel sterile like an operating room, as so many beauty treatment rooms do. My treatment was a facial and included extras like back, arm and foot massages. My husband (who is stingy) said my skin glowed for days afterwards and would be happy for me to go back. Expensive, but definitely worth it.

A wonderfully soothing atmosphere where you can enjoy the most divine treatments. I had a Carita facial which left my skin feeling amazing and looking even better! The staff are welcoming and among some of the most professional I have ever found in a spa. I will return as often as I can!
