Berkeley Spa reviews
I had a massage and facial there. My facial was wonderful, especially because I had bad blemishes at the time and the facial calmed them down. They gave me great tips on what to do and recommended products to help. I have been using one of the products they stock - DDF - and I have been having very few problems. Unfortunately the massage was not as good as the facial, as it felt very rushed. One more thing - don't forget to have a dip in their pool.

I found the staff to be considerate and attentive. We ate first in the Petrus restaurant (fantastic, well worth its 2 Michelin Stars) then headed up to the spa. The whole day was great, as staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Loved it. I have been there three times and each experience has been great! I have had great service there as well. Don't know what the others are talking about.

Whatever your thoughts about the place it is the only spa with a roof that comes clean off the swimming pool and a glorious view over Hyde Park and and Buck House!

I agree.... This place is a joke. Very rude and impolite - this was throughout the entire hotel. When it comes to customer care I think they left it out of the training programme. Go to the Mandarin - they have got it right!

Staff at the Berkeley Spa are rude and arrogant. They all believe they are above anyone else, even their clients. Do not advise you to go there!
