A cross between a farmers' market, contemporary food hall and gourmet take-away, Food Inc takes a novel approach to good food. Their philosophy is to offer 'a restaurant approach to food shopping' so it becomes an enjoyable experience rather than a weekly chore. Along the virtual high street, shoppers are greeted with an exquisite selection of stalls including a grocer, wine merchant, delicatessen, cheese monger and bakery. There's plenty of special produce on offer including handmade sourdough loaves, cottage industry preserves and carefully matured organic cheeses. Restaurant quality dishes are also prepared by a team of chefs in Food Inc's onsite kitchen so foodies can take home some of the delights they usually savour in London's restaurants.

Great concept and very fresh produce. Fish counter really has the freshest fish (unlike many other places in London). And the cheese counter is a work of art. I want one!
